1. Perishable Items
    Due to the nature of our baked goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on perishable items. If there is an issue with your order (e.g., wrong items, damaged goods), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
    If your order arrives damaged or if we have made a mistake in fulfilling it, please reach out to us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged items at [email protected]. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  3. Cancellations
    Orders can be canceled within 15 minutes of placing the order, provided they haven’t been baked or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order. Once your order has been processed, cancellations are no longer accepted.
  4. Non-Perishable Items
    If you’ve ordered non-perishable items (e.g., gift cards, merchandise), they may be returned within 24 hours of purchase, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Refunds
    Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 2 business days. If you do not receive your refund, please contact us.
